Remarques: flying actively straight to the SE Small size eagle (alike the one of white faced whistling ducks passing by)-, slender with long wings + visible fingers Jeez making tail look not so long. Tail closed,, Globally greyish below. The absence of heavy contrast with the flight feathers might be related to the fact that this might be a young bird - matinale 7h00 - 10h45
